A great place to get good quality budget meats. I managed to get a great slab of rib fillet for $29.99kg, and 5kg of steak mince for $5.99kg.
Quite amazing value and always great bargains. Check it out.
Got done over once with a meat glued brisket. Didnt go back for a while. 2nd chance all was well, and got done again with a folded over brisket minus point. Wont happen again as wont any more weekly purchase
I was in the store on Monday afternoon 23/10/23, and I just wanted to say what a delight the Lady on the check out was. She was like breath of Fresh Air to all the usual arrogance you get these days around the place. Great Stuff!
Great place to do shopping. I come here every week to buy all my meats and I live in 30km away its worth the drive. Very good deals, large portions on the cuts. Staff are really friendly, plenty of parking outside and lost of great deals. Best meat shop in Brisbane if you are on a budget. 😁 …
Bought 5 different meat items, Crumbed lamb cutlets smelt sour by the second day, chicken had begun bubbling and sweating day 3. Pork mince that was put in the fridge on arrival was also sour after defrosting. Chicken mince was good (also frozen on the day of purchase) and the crumbed chicken was also good. The additional purchase of Tortillas smelt like chemicals. All in all in was more expensive than a Coles shop for meat we ended up throwing out. Why shop and support local for poor quality? Register worker was very friendly.
Asked for meat that was on a deal of 2 for 1 then the old fella said he put the deal through on the label. I then got to the cash register and when I was getting charged full price I questioned it. The register lady went back to old mate who then screams at us from across the store.
Never going back to this place. And the meat was no better than what you can get at your local coles or Woolies.

Will be shopping here for fruit and veggies in the future. If it's in season and can be sourced locally then this is the place to shop as they pass on the savings instead of hiking it up like likes of Woolies and Coles. Expect to pay for the imported out of season products but big savings can be made especially if you are into preserving or making jams. Even have pickling onions at reasonable prices. There are shopping trolleys which need a gold coin to unlock. Parking is not an issue. There is also an onsite butcher but we didn't try anything from there.
Best location for great prices on meats of all sort. Good value when buying in bulk. Good quality and fresh products.
